Very quick and easy to prepare, healthy, vegetarian pancakes. You’ll only need a cabbage, couple eggs, a little flour and some spices, and your pancakes will be prepared soon! The cabbage is very low in calories and it makes the whole meal basis, so, the ones who count calories will be very pleased when they’ll find this pancake recipe.
Cabbage pancakes are tasty both hot and cold. They fit very well with a variety of sauces and favorite salad. These pancakes can be also served as a snack.
{~22 small pancakes}
Ingredients:
1 small cabbage head (~600-700 g)
2 eggs
8 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 small onion
1/3 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. fine salt
1 tsp. dried parsley
sunflower or vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:
- Grate the cabbage with a bigger grater (throw away the hard part of the cabbage).
- Peel the onion and chop in small pieces.
- Mix grated cabbage with eggs, flour, onion, spices.
- Preheat the frying pan with oil over medium-lower heat. Put a bigger tbsp. of cabbage mix in the frying pan, smooth the surface and edges. Bake pancakes on both sides for a couple of minutes, until nicely brown. After frying, place the pancakes on a paper towel. In this way make all the pancakes. Enjoy your meal!

Labai greitai ir lengvai paruošiami, sveikuoliški, vegetariški blyneliai. Jums prireiks tik kopūsto, keleto kiaušinių, šiek tiek miltų bei prieskonių ir blyneliai bus greitai paruošti! Kadangi kopūstas turi labai mažai kalorijų ir jis sudaro visą patiekalo pagrindą, tad tie, kas skaičiuoja kalorijas bus labai patenkinti aptikę šį blynelių receptą.
Kopūstų blyneliai skanūs tiek karšti, tiek šalti. Jie puikiai tinka su įvairiausiais padažais ir mėgstamomis salotomis. Šiuos blynelius taip pat galite patiekti kaip užkandį.

Reikės:
1 nedidelio kopūsto galva (~600-700 g)
2 kiaušiniai
8 valg. š. miltų
1 mažas svogūnas
1/3 arb. š. juodųjų pipirų
1 arb. š. smulkios druskos
1 arb. š. džiovintos petražolės
saulėgrąžų aliejaus kepimui
Gaminimas:
- Kopūstą sutarkuojame burokine tarka (kietą kopūsto galiuką išmetame).
- Svogūną nulupame ir susmulkiname mažais gabalėliais.
- Kopūstą sumaišome su kiaušiniais, miltais, svogūnu, prieskoniais.
- Keptuvėje ant vidutinės silpnesnės ugnies įkaitiname aliejų. Į keptuvę dedame po 1 didelį valg. š. kopūstų masės, išlyginame paviršių ir kraštus. Blynelius kepame iš abiejų pusių po pora minučių, kol gražiai apskrunda. Iškepusius dedame ant popierinio rankšluosčio. Taip iškepame visus blynelius. Skanaus!
